Revelation Inc. AI ("ACE", "we", "us", or "our") operates the ACE platform at https://www.getmyace.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using ACE you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Personal Information
Your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and a hashed password when you create an account.
Biometric Data
Photographs and video recordings from which we extract facial geometry, and voice recordings from which we create voiceprints. See Biometric Data Notice for full details.
Business Information
Business name, industry, content pillars, brand voice preferences, brand colors, logos, and social media platform connections you provide during onboarding.
Payment Data
Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details.
Social Platform Tokens
OAuth access tokens for platforms you connect (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest). Stored encrypted and used only to publish content on your behalf.
Usage Data
Server logs, IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and feature interactions. Collected for security monitoring, debugging, and service improvement.
2. Biometric Data Collection & Use
ACE collects biometric identifiers as defined under applicable state laws, including the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA):
- Facial geometry extracted from photographs and video you upload during onboarding.
- Voiceprints derived from voice recordings you provide for voice cloning.
- Expressions and mannerisms captured from your training video for video replica creation.
This data is used solely to create your personal AI marketing avatar and voice clone. It is never shared across clients, never sold, and never used to train general-purpose AI models.
Biometric data is stored encrypted at rest in our database and with our third-party providers (HeyGen, Tavus, ElevenLabs). It is destroyed within 30 days of account cancellation or deletion request.

3. How We Use Your Information
- Create and maintain your AI avatar and voice clone
- Generate, render, and publish video content, social posts, blog posts, and email sequences on your behalf
- Generate AI-powered graphics using your brand assets
- Process subscription payments and send billing receipts
- Send account notifications (magic links, approval requests, render completions)
- Improve the platform and debug technical issues
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your avatar photos, voice, or content for advertising or to train models for other users.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
ACE uses third-party providers to deliver the service. Your data is shared with these providers only as necessary to operate the platform. See our Subprocessor List for a complete table of providers, the data they receive, and their purposes.
Your avatar data (photos, video, and voice recordings) is transmitted to HeyGen, Tavus, and ElevenLabs only to create your personal AI avatar and voice clone. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
5. Data Retention

6. Your Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act:
- Right to Know: Request what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, or sold about you in the past 12 months.
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale: Direct us not to sell or share your personal information. (We do not sell your data — see below.)
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercise your privacy rights.

7. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
ACE does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share data with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the platform, as described in our Subprocessor List. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purposes we specify.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including: TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials, row-level security policies in our database ensuring users can only access their own data, regular security audits of our codebase and infrastructure, and access controls limiting employee access to customer data on a need-to-know basis.

9. Children's Privacy
ACE is a business-to-business platform designed for professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data to ACE, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of ACE after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
